Relating to the measures that we are taking:

1. We are not be seeing any walk in patients. All appointments must be booked via phone/E-mail

2.We are doing most assessments via telephone and video conferencing

2. We are reducing the numbers of patients coming into the office, and seeing only those that cannot safely and appropriately be treated over the phone.  

3. We have enhanced cleaning and sanitation of the office regularly

4. We are slowly restarting more routine but still essential visits.

5. We are waving the fees for prescription refills, last minute cancellations and no show appointments   


What do you do if you have cough, cold, fever or flu like symptoms?

2.  If not and your symptoms are mild, stay home to avoid spreading,  take usual over-the counter medicines.
