COVID-19 GENERAL AND OFFICE INFO
Due to Covid-19 Pandemic Precautions, the following is important information regarding new guidelines for IN PERSON appointments.
These policies have been implemented to assure your safety and the well-being of other patients and the office staff.
Your appointment should first be pre-screened by telephone/e-visit with a physician to ensure that it is appropriate for you to attend an in person appointment.
If you develop any symptoms consistent with Covid-19 infection prior to your appointment, please contact the office ASAP as we will need to reschedule your appointment and advise you of the appropriate next steps.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment on time as we would like to avoid multiple patients in the office or waiting room at any one time.
If you arrive early, please wait in your car or outside of the office building until your scheduled appointment time.
Please call if you will be delayed so that scheduling adjustments can be made, if necessary.
Please wear a face covering, i.e. mask or scarf, that covers both nose and mouth throughout the entire visit unless requested to be removed by the physician.
Only the patient should enter the office building unless that individual is in need of physical assistance or is a child. If the latter, please ensure that only one support person attends with the patient.

The doctors and staff are continuing to work and will do our best to ensure we continue to provide the best medical care possible and we are taking several measures to try to keep everyone safe.

We are continuing to answer phones through the day but are at times overwhelmed with calls, please be patient. As usual, messages will be answered as quickly as we can. Please check this website to see if it answers some of your questions.
Relating to the measures that we are taking:
We are not be seeing any walk in patients. All appointments must be booked via phone/E-mail
We are doing most assessments via telephone and video conferencing
We are reducing the numbers of patients coming into the office, and seeing only those that cannot safely and appropriately be treated over the phone.
We have enhanced cleaning and sanitation of the office regularly
We are slowly restarting more routine but still essential visits.
We are waving the fees for prescription refills
What do you do if you have cough, cold, fever or flu like symptoms?

If not and your symptoms are mild, stay home to avoid spreading, take usual over-the counter medicines.
